Are Vivi Coo pieces only for new mums?

Not at all. While our jewellery makes a thoughtful gift for new mums and baby showers, many pieces are designed to celebrate motherhood at any stage of life. For example, our 'Tapuat' piece honours the enduring bond of motherhood itself, making it a meaningful gift for mothers at any stage of life.

Do you deliver internationally?

At the moment, we do not offer worldwide delivery. We currently ship within Mainland UK only. We hope to expand our delivery options soon as we grow.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding addresses and temporary residence addresses. This is to ensure the safe and undamaged delivery of your order.

How long will my order take to arrive?

You can choose either Royal Mail Tracked 24 hour delivery, or Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm (signature required).

  • Non-personalised items: Processing typically takes 1–2 business days, followed by delivery time depending on your region. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. We aim for delivery within a week.
  • Personalised items: Processing (including engraving) takes 6–7 business days, followed by delivery time depending on your region. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. We aim for delivery within two weeks.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Our returns process is designed to be simple and seamless, so you can shop with confidence.

To request a refund, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in its original packaging.

Engraved pieces are non-returnable unless faulty. For full details, please see our Refund Policy in the dropdown menu above.

What if my jewellery arrives damaged?

Every Vivi Coo piece is crafted and packaged with care in parcels designed to protect. If your jewellery arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we'll ensure it's addressed promptly.

How is my Vivi Coo jewellery presented? Can I include a gift message?

Each piece arrives beautifully packaged in a soft cloth pouch, placed inside the drawer of our signature white box. Ribbon is not included. For an added personal touch, especially if you're gifting - there is an option for a complimentary message card tucked beneath the pouch. You can leave it blank to write your own note or have us print your message, which is especially useful for gifts sent directly to the recipient.

What materials do you use?

Our jewellery is crafted using high-quality solid 925 sterling silver, enamel, and resin, depending on the design. Each piece is created to be long-lasting and suitable for everyday wear.

Are your pieces safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. Our jewellery is hypoallergenic and free from lead and nickel, making it suitable for most people with sensitive skin.

Can I personalise any piece of jewellery?

Yes. There is an additional charge (+£30) for engraving. The engraving is in a standard Arial font, up to 20 characters including spaces.

What size are the bracelets? Do they fit everyone?

Signature Standard Size: Our bracelets are designed in a one-size, slightly oval shape that follows the natural contour of the wrist for comfort, with internal dimensions of 57 mm (length) × 50 mm (width). This size fits most wrists elegantly and comfortably.

Are all Vivi Coo pieces identical?

Each Vivi Coo piece is hand-crafted by skilled artisans. Because of this, very slight variations in shape or finish may occur - these aren't flaws, but a mark of true craftsmanship that makes every piece uniquely yours.
